Ken Keller
Ken Kellar is the owner and editor of the Woodsboro-Walkersville Times. At one point he was a commissioner for the Town of Woodsboro. He is also employed as an engineer. He was an officer in the United States Navy and operated nuclear submarines during the Cold War Reagan/Bush era. Ken holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Ohio State University as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree from Hood College.

What is a Republican? Locally all it means is that the person in question wrote an “R” in a box. It means nothing more or nothing less.
Some say a Republican stands for, “God, country and family”. Others might say a Republican stands for “limited government, limited spending, and low taxes”.
