It’s New Year’s Day so you might not feel like making a big fuss over dinner tonight. Here’s a fast and delicious meal you can prepare using some of your left-over Christmas ham. Feel free to add ingredients you like. Cooking is science, you should experiment.
- 1 package (8 oz) egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cubed, fully cooked ham
- 1 ½ shredded Swiss cheese
- ½ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 can (10 ¾ oz) undiluted condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 chopped onion
½ sleeve crushed Ritz (or similar) crackers
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a 13×9 baking dish. Top with crackers. Place in preheated 350 ⁰ oven and bake for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
