He is one of the country’s best known corporate lawyers having represented national and international firms in a variety of business transactions. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Week, and other financial publications. He is considered an authority on corporate issues. He is a graduate of Duke University and The University of Maryland School of Law. He lives in Worman’s Mill with his wife. They have two sons.
