Kevin Dayhoff is a retired property management consultant and nursery stock farmer. He was born and raised in the Westminster area of Carroll County. He served six years as an elected official of the City of Westminster, most recently as mayor. An avid artist and writer, he continues his interest in local government, the Republican Party, environmental, business and agricultural issues, for which he has served on various boards and commissions since 1980. He is married and lives and works in Westminster.
