That didnít take long
A Wyoming transgender person is on trial for sexually assaulting 10-year-old girl in bathroom. It began October 16. The defendant faces up to 70 years in prison if convicted.
Miguel Martinez’s public defender said that her client identifies as a woman and uses the name Michelle.
The 10-year-old’s mother reported to police in March that her daughter said Martinez sexually assaulted her in a bathroom. Reported forensics appear to support the charge.
In related news the Frederick County Board of Education recently stripped away one barrier of protection of our student girls, the sanctity of female-only bathrooms and locker rooms, by voting to allow students to use whatever facility they want.
I was going to refrain from comment and print this as news, but I can’t. When folks like me opposed the transgender bathroom insanity, we were – and continue to be – called “bigots”, “transphobes” and “intolerant.”
Regarding the term transphobe (the irrational fear of transgenders), was my fear that a girl would be molested in a public restroom by a man calling himself a women irrational? The facts say “no!” I want the deviant man to use the men’s room.
How is that bigoted or intolerant? He can peacefully share my bathroom. I recall a B-52s concert a few years back in Washington where I stood at the urinals next to men in full drag. It was weird but, carrying men’s bodies, regardless of their minds, they were in the right place, next to me and not to my wife.
Regarding insults, what words should be applied to those who aggressively fought and fight for giving humans carrying a male body access to little girls in bathrooms: pedophilephiles (people who like pedophiles)? Rapistphiles? Heartless? Cruel? Idiots? Evil?
What chain of logic causes people to fight to allow mentally disturbed and deviant men into girls’ bathrooms? What kind of person would even want to make the case?
