Maryland GOP Is On A Roll
You have to be kidding me. I mean between David "Kip" Knootz wanting to re-write the state song and Mike Kuster telling us how stupid we are for voting for the Republicans. One start to wonder if these guys need therapy.
The Republican won! Get used to it. The Republicans had the right message and the people responded. Now, in Frederick County the Republicans out number the Democrats, so some victories were expected.
But District 3 is a different story. King Spendening, Queen KKT and the Duke of Annapolis Mike Miller did everything they could do to make the district more favorable to getting Democratic delegates elected and defeat number one target Senator Alex Mooney.
But guess what happened to all those who followed the King. They were showed the door. Queen KKT, Super Sue "Hecht No", the Speaker of The House "Cas" Taylor, The King's jester John Willis, The King's puppet Major Riddick, and other members in leadership in the House and Senate are all gone.
In a state that’s 2 to 1 Democrat, how can this happen? It’s called a good plan and rural backlash. We all are sick and tired of hearing that Baltimore City, Montgomery County and Prince George’s County decide everything. We are sick and tired of hearing we need money for this and that as things don't get fixed and the state goes deeper into debt.
Mr. Koontz and Mr. Kuster ought to look at the comptroller's, former Governor Schaefer’s, numbers. He won Frederick County and even Carroll County, which, by the way, Governor-elect Robert Ehrlich won by big margins. How did Mr. Schaefer do this? By telling the truth about the King’s lies and standing up to him. Also, by giving us a few colorful expressions about the King.
Oh, by the way, this is the same candidate that your party leadership tried to get rid of. Sounds like he’s the smartest one of all. So, get used to it. The Republicans are in control and plan to be for some time because these Republicans best represent the hard working men and women of Maryland.
So, you have three choices Mr. Koontz and Mr. Kuster.
1st - LEARN TO LIVE WITH IT.
2nd - Get de-programmed and join the Republican Party. Yes, there’s hope for you, too.
3rd - Move to Baltimore City, Montgomery or Prince George’s counties.
By the way, I also want to say it was so great to see Michael Steele become the next Lt. Governor of Maryland. When the Republican Party makes strides for opportunity, they don't make small ones, they make HUGE ones.
Congrats, Republicans, you have the ball now! Carry it to the goal line and score!
